🔥 Cooking Instructions

Bake From Frozen:

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Remove all packaging and place the frozen Wellington on a parchment-lined baking tray.

3. Optional — brush with egg wash for a glossy, golden crust.

4. Bake 50–60 minutes (small) or 65–75 minutes (large) until internal temperature reaches 130°F for medium-rare.

5. Rest 10–15 minutes before slicing and serving.

If your plans change before December 1, we’ll do our best to transfer your order to another customer or offer a future credit if inventory allows.

All orders become final after December 1, 2025. Balances are due prior to pickup or delivery.
