Bake-From-Frozen Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
2️⃣ Remove packaging and place frozen Wellington on a parchment-lined baking tray.
3️⃣ (Optionally) brush with egg wash for a glossy crust.
4️⃣ Bake 50-60 min (small) or 65-75 min (large) until internal temp reaches 130 °F for medium-rare.
5️⃣ Rest 10-15 min before slicing.
